Our first, and most well-known, business specialises in delivery of professional coach training and mentor-coaching. Coach School offers the following two programs:
- Certificate of Coaching, (one semester) for those exploring the possibility of becoming a coach, or who want foundational coaching skills, and;
- Diploma of Professional Coaching, (three semesters) for those committed to coaching as a vocational pursuit, including working as a professional coach.

Biz School specialises in supporting better leadership within organisations, including for those with formal managerial responsibility. We do this through the delivery of:
- individual (executive) coaching,
- tailored leadership development programs, and;
- coaching, mentoring and consulting support for those responsible for facilitating organisational change and development.

Our Beliefs and Values
We are committed to delivering our services and conducting our business, on the basis of the following beliefs and values:
- The key to change is LEARNING.
We believe that if our work, with individuals or with organisations, is to be successful, it will be because we have made a difference to individuals and their capacity to see the world differently. We, therefore, regard all of our clients as life-long adult learners and we seek to make our work as accessible, practical and flexible as possible.
- Learning needs to be HOLISTIC and APPRECIATIVE.
We believe people have an unlimited capacity to learn from experience but a limited capacity to learn from being taught. We believe effective learning involves a cycle of experience/action and reflection/contemplation, and that reflection is a necessary precursor to effective action. We believe more can be achieved by seeking out, affirming and enhancing the best and most positive qualities of the people, the systems and the situations that already exist, rather than focusing on what is ‘wrong’.
- LEADERSHIP matters.
We believe leadership is vital in helping organisations and individuals to achieve their potential, and that leadership is not solely the province of management. We believe people have different leadership to offer and that there is more than one right way to lead. We encourage people to adopt holistic and eclectic approaches that work for them.
- COACHING works.
We have a passion and commitment to the growth of coaching as an approach to supporting learning and to achieving greater performance and better results in work and in life. We regard coaching as central to not just Coach School, but to all of our businesses and we take a coaching approach to the way we facilitate learning and outcomes for the individual, group and organisation.
- Nothing happens except through RELATIONSHIPS.
We believe that effective action is generated through effective conversation and high quality relationships. Our key relationships are with our customers and clients and with our associates and we strive to create and maintain mutually enriching partnerships with each.
- Credibility comes through PROFESSIONALISM.
We seek to facilitate learning that is recognised as intellectually and professionally credible with the broader corporate and educational sectors, as well as with individual clients and participants. As such, we advocate and encourage the development of professional ethics and standards with all our coaches, consultants and facilitators who have relevant backgrounds in human resource management, accounting, organisational psychology and organisational development, and who have usually received professional coach-specific training and mentoring.

We believe people perform best and are most fulfilled when they are supported to discover and be true to their own unique calling, character and potential.
