Coach Schools's 2 day Core Coaching Skills Program
Our new Core Coaching Skills program is an interactive 2 day workshop for those curious about coaching, using a coaching approach or becoming a business, executive or life coach who are looking for a ‘hands on’ learning experience as a place to start.
After completing this program participants will walk away with

· Clarity about what coaching and a coaching approach is
· Core principles for professional and ethical coaching
· Deeper understanding of how people listen and the listening attributes of a coach
· Key adult learning concepts and their relevance to coaching
· Powerful coaching models that enable the facilitation of effective coaching conversations – including Ontological methods and the GROW model
· Practice and feedback on facilitating a coaching session in a non directive manner
All our programs are facilitated by professional coaches and offered as public workshops and can also be customised and conducted ‘in house’ for organisations.
Participants who wish to build their coaching skills and deepen their learning after completing the 2 day Core Coaching Skills program will be eligible to transition into the Certificate of Coaching (and 1st Semester of the Diploma of Coaching or Diploma) providing they enrol within 12 months of completion.
